Gerald Fisher (left), administrator of the Hot Springs Rehabilitation Center, Dojelo Crabaugh (center), supervisor of student services for the Center, Don Russell (right), director of the Arkansas Rehabilitation Service, stand in front of the building. The Center, which is scheduled to open in January 1961, is in Hot Springs, Garland County, Arkansas. The facilities are those of the old Army-Navy Hospital, which was given to the state of Arkansas by the United States Government. Dojelo Crabaugh and Don Russell later married.
